Here East

Here East occupies a vast former Olympic media complex that has been reimagined as a thriving campus for technology, education and creative industries. With multiple buildings and a wide variety of users, the project required clear, high-quality reception environments that could both welcome visitors and express the unique character of each location.

Martek was commissioned to design, manufacture and install four bespoke reception desks positioned throughout the complex. Each desk was conceived as a standalone feature, using a different material narrative to create visual identity and a strong sense of place while maintaining a consistent level of craftsmanship and finish across the campus.
