We’re delighted to share that Aztec West, a comprehensively refurbished headquarters building on the outskirts of Bristol, has been named a finalist in the Refurbished/Recycled Workplace category at the British Council for Offices Awards (Southern region).
Martek was pleased to collaborate with Beard and Scott Brownrigg on this landmark project, which has delivered the South West’s first Net Zero office development.
The 80,000 sq ft scheme achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A, setting a new benchmark for sustainable workplace design. Martek manufactured and installed a range of key internal areas, including catering and F&B spaces, reception zones, washrooms and additional shared facilities.
