It’s great to see our Canning Town project taking shape as works progress on this large, two-floor residential amenity space in London.
In collaboration with Epiphany, Martek is delivering a bespoke fit-out designed to enhance resident productivity, wellbeing, and flexibility. The amenity areas have been carefully planned to support a wide range of uses, from focused work to relaxation and social interaction.
Our scope includes bespoke joinery and wall panelling throughout the gym, meeting rooms, kitchens, and tea points, as well as a flexible workspace, seating areas, and resident lounges. Each element has been tailored to balance durability with a high-quality finish suited to modern residential living.
