Situated in the heart of Mayfair, 1 Grosvenor Square occupies a globally recognised setting, moments from renowned hotels, luxury retail and galleries, with Hyde Park close by. The prestige of its surroundings sets a clear expectation for interiors that are both elegant and meticulously executed.

Working closely with the Lodha team, Martek has completed multiple packages within the building, contributing to duplex apartments and prestigious penthouses. Each space demanded fine, luxurious finishes, exceptional detailing and a level of craftsmanship that reflects the stature of the address.

Recently completed works include an oak-veneered library featuring an integrated fireplace and concealed doors, multi-room wardrobe installations incorporating stained mirrored finishes and ply-veneered double vanity units topped with marble. Alongside the residential interiors, Martek also delivered specialist elements, including a bespoke car stacker, reinforcing the technically complex nature of the project.
