Berkley Square

Set within a Grade II-listed, eight-storey office building in the heart of Mayfair, the Berkeley Square project formed part of a wider refurbishment. Martek was appointed to deliver bespoke joinery to the fourth floor, creating a private office environment for a finance-led organisation where discretion, quality and presentation were key priorities.

The scope of works focused on client-facing and representative areas, including the manufacture and installation of a bespoke reception desk, leather wall panelling and associated fitted joinery throughout the space. Each element was carefully detailed to suit the character of the building while introducing a contemporary finish aligned with the client’s professional identity. Material selection and craftsmanship were central to achieving a refined, high-end interior appropriate for a premium Mayfair address.
