Henrietta House
Martek was proud to collaborate with MoreySmith, Faithdean, Lazari Investments Ltd, and CBRE to deliver the extensive refurbishment of Henrietta House — a landmark HQ just off Bond Street in the heart of London.
Spanning seven floors, this high-spec commercial fit-out included bespoke joinery for a wide range of interior spaces: a statement reception, client-facing hospitality areas, over 150 AV rooms, show suites, a library, breakout zones and mirrored tea points and microwave stations on each side of the building, complete with integrated print and copy hubs.
The project is distinguished by its exceptional materials and finishes, including a leather-clad reception desk with bevelled fluting and patinated metal worktops, fire-rated horsehair fabric cloak cupboards and extensive use of patinated brass, cork tiling, and united anodized panelling to enhance both aesthetic and acoustic performance.
