To transform the buildings ground floor reception and six story atrium, to create a hospitality-led experience that respects and amplifies the heritage of Savile Row, whilst simultaneously introducing a contemporary design.

Working alongside Signature London and architects MoreySmith, Martek were tasked to produce bespoke joinery for the entire reception area, bathrooms and lift lobby all whilst the tenants remained in occupancy.
Originally built in 1949, the full refurbishment features unique design elements inspired by the 1930’s Art Deco era. These detailed and elegant features can be found in some of our scope of work; including the grand central bar, reception desk, lift lobby reveals, large banquette seating, wall paneling and detailed joinery & marble sinks found in the reception bathrooms.
This show stopping space incorporates a variety of distinctive features to create a truly unique destination in the heart of London.
