St Pancras

The transformation of the St Pancras Renaissance London Hotel formed part of one of London’s most complex and prestigious heritage restoration projects. Working within a landmark building of exceptional architectural significance required an approach defined by precision, restraint and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Following successful completion of the residential phase, Martek was appointed to manufacture and deliver the hotel’s luxury bathrooms, bed head pods and associated joinery, with responsibility for achieving the highest standards of finish while respecting the constraints of the existing structure. Due to the sensitivity of the building fabric and its listed status, all bathroom construction was required to be fully independent of the original structure. This led to the development of self-contained bathroom pod solutions, which became a fundamental element of the guestroom design.

In addition to the guestrooms, Martek contributed to the development of several of the hotel’s principal suites and selected public areas, including the Gent’s Grooming space opening directly onto the main station concourse. Across all areas, the focus remained on material quality, refined detailing and seamless integration within the wider interior scheme.
